To establish a volunteer outreach program that will provide information and services for the benefit of the following populations who reside in East Orange, New Jersey:(1) seniors age 60 years or older, (2) disabled individuals age 55 years or older, and (3) underprivileged youth.  EOSVC conducts periodic fund/raising activities to subsidize the costs of recreational, educational, and cultural events that impact these populations.
